摘要 为了降低汽车传动系的振动,通常在传动系中串联一个弹性阻尼装置,它就 是装在离合器从动盘上的扭转减振器。其弹性元件用来降低传动系前端的扭转刚 度,从而降低传动系扭转系统的某阶(通常为三阶)固有频率,改变系统的固有振 型,使之尽可能避开由发动机转矩主谐量激励引起的共振,其阻尼元件用来消耗扭 振能量,从而可有效降低传动系的共振载荷、非共振载荷及噪声。本文介绍了扭转 减振器的原理、工作过程及设计过程。并对其进行了简单的解释、分析。 关键词:离合器;扭转减振器;扭转弹簧;从动盘 Abstract In order to reduce the vibration of vehicle transmission system, usually in the transmission lines in series adamping device, it is installed in the clutch driven plate on the reverse shock absorber. The elastic element used to reduce the torsional stiffness of the front driveline, thereby reducing the powertrain system, areverse order (usually third-order) the natural frequency, changing the system's inherent vibration mode, so that the engine torque by as much as possible to avoid the main harmonic resonance caused by the amount of incentives, the torsional vibration damping device is used to consume energy, which can effectively reduce the transmission system of the resonance load, non-resonant load and noise. This article describes the principle of reversing the shock absorber, work process and the design process. And gain asimple explanation and analysis.
