ThisarticlewilllookattheFLTRP'sevaluationmethodandexplorehowitprovides teacherswiththetoolstheyneedtoevaluateandimprovetheirteachingmethodsfor higherstudentengagementandsuccess. TheFLTRPhastakenthesefactorsintoaccountinthedevelopmentofitsteaching andevaluationmethods,andhascreatedasystemthatenablesteacherstoplantheir lessonsinastructuredwaywhilealsobeingabletoassessstudentprogress. TheFLTRPEvaluationMethod TheFLTRP'sevaluationmethodisbasedontwoimportantprinciples:progress assessmentandformativeevaluation. Theprogressassessmentprocessisdesignedtohelpteachersunderstandhowwell theirstudentsarelearning,andidentifytheareasinwhichtheyneedtoimprove.
