CaO 基于石灰苛化法研究在含草酸盐稀铝酸钠溶液 中的反应动力学与机理(英文) ResearchonthereactionkineticsandmechanismofCaOin sodiumaluminatesolutioncontainingoxalatebasedonthelime causticizationmethod Abstract ThereactionkineticsandmechanismofCaOinsodium aluminatesolutioncontainingoxalatewerestudiedbythelime causticizationmethod.Theexperimentwasconductedata constanttemperature,andthereactionratewasdeterminedby measuringthepHvalueandtheamountofoxalatepresentinthe solutionatdifferentreactiontimes.Theresultsshowedthatthe reactionofCaOandsodiumoxalatewasafastandexothermic process,andthereactionratewasaffectedbytheconcentration ofsodiumoxalate,thetemperature,andthestirringspeed.The reactionmechanismwasproposedbasedontheexperimental data,whichsuggestedthatthereactionofCaOandsodium oxalateformedcalciumoxalateprecipitateandsodiumhydroxide, andtheformationofsodiumhydroxidepromotedthe causticizationofCaO.Thestudyprovidesatheoreticalbasisfor theselectionofsuitablepreparationmethodsforsodium aluminateandthecontrolofthereactionprocess.
