氮杂环卡宾环金属钌化合物的合成及插炔反应研究的 中期报告 Abstract Inthisreport,wedescribedtheprogressmadeinthe synthesisofnitrogen-basedcarbeneligandsandtheirruthenium complex.Thereactionofdiazocompoundsand 1,3-diiminoisoindolineproducedaseriesofnitrogen-based carbeneligands,whichwerethenusedtoprepareruthenium complexes. Thepreparedrutheniumcomplexeswerecharacterizedby NMRspectroscopy,IRspectroscopy,andmassspectrometry.The catalyticactivityofthecomplexesinalkyneinsertionreactionswas evaluatedusingdiphenylacetyleneasasubstrate.Preliminary resultsshowedpromisingcatalyticactivity,withgoodyieldsofthe desiredproduct. Introduction Metalcarbenecomplexeshaveattractedconsiderable attentionduetotheirpotentialascatalystsinavarietyoforganic reactions.Amongvariousmetalcarbenecomplexes,ruthenium complexeshavebeenextensivelystudiedduetotheirhigh activity,selectivity,andstability.Thedevelopmentofnewligands forrutheniumcarbenecomplexeshasbeenaresearchhotspotin recentyears. Nitrogen-basedcarbeneligandshavebeenidentifiedas effectiveligandsfortransitionmetalcomplexes.Thepresenceof theheteroatomnitrogenprovidesadditionalcoordinationsitesfor themetalcenterandenhancestheelectron-donatingabilityofthe ligand. Inthisstudy,weaimedtosynthesizenitrogen-basedcarbene ligandsandtheirrutheniumcomplexesforuseascatalystsin alkyneinsertionreactions.
