() 普洱茶茶多糖的提取工艺的响应面分析研究英文 ResponseSurfaceAnalysisofPolysaccharideExtraction ProcessfromPu-erhTea:AResearchPaper Abstract: Pu-erhtea,awell-knownfermentedteafromYunnan provinceinChina,hasgainedincreasingattentionduetoits healthbenefits.Polysaccharides,oneofthemajorbioactive componentsinPu-erhtea,havebeenreportedtoexhibitvarious biologicalactivities.Inthisstudy,responsesurfacemethodology (RSM)wasusedtooptimizetheextractionprocessof polysaccharidesfromPu-erhtea.Theeffectsofthreeindependent variables,namelyextractiontemperature,extractiontime,and ratioofwatertorawmaterial,onthepolysaccharideyieldwere investigated.Aquadraticregressionmodelwasestablishedto predicttheoptimalconditionsforpolysaccharideextraction.The resultsshowedthattheoptimalextractionconditionswereas follows:extractiontemperatureof94°C,extractiontimeof120 min,andratioof27mL/g.Undertheseconditions,thepredicted yieldofpolysaccharideswas5.63%.Theexperimentalvalidationof themodelshowedthattheactualyieldofpolysaccharideswas 5.61%,whichwasingoodagreementwiththepredictedvalue. Thesefindingsprovideavaluablereferencefortheextractionof polysaccharidesfromPu-erhteaandcontributetothe developmentoffunctionalfoodandmedicine.
