Q235 碳钢在四川典型大气污染环境中的腐蚀行为研 究 摘要 Q235碳钢是一种广泛应用的材料，但在大气污染环境下易受到腐 蚀影响。本研究通过露天暴露、电化学测试等方法，研究了Q235碳钢 在四川典型大气污染环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明，四川大气环境中的 污染物对Q235碳钢表面的腐蚀具有显著影响，腐蚀主要表现为表面腐 蚀、晶间腐蚀和孔蚀等，严重影响了材料的使用寿命。本研究对于进一 步了解四川大气污染环境下材料的腐蚀行为具有重要意义。 关键词：Q235碳钢；大气污染；腐蚀行为；露天暴露；电化学测 试 Abstract Q235carbonsteelisawidelyusedmaterial,butitis vulnerabletocorrosionintheatmospherepollutedenvironment. Inthisstudy,thecorrosionbehaviorofQ235carbonsteelin typicalatmosphericpollutionenvironmentofSichuanwas investigatedbyoutdoorexposureandelectrochemicaltests.The resultsshowedthatthepollutantsintheatmospheric environmentofSichuanhadasignificantimpactonthecorrosion ofQ235carbonsteelsurface,mainlymanifestedassurface corrosion,intergranularcorrosionandpittingcorrosion,which seriouslyaffectedtheservicelifeofthematerial.Thisstudyhas importantsignificanceforfurtherunderstandingthecorrosion behaviorofmaterialsintheatmosphericpollutedenvironmentof Sichuan.
