基于正交设计的露天转地下空区变形预测及可靠度分 析 Abstract Orthogonaldesign,asawidelyusedstatisticalmethod,can systematicallyandefficientlyachievethepurposeofsurveyor experimentwithasmallnumberofsamplesunderthepremiseof ensuringtherepresentativenessofthesamples.Inthispaper, basedontheorthogonaldesign,wepredictthedeformationof open-pittoundergroundvoidsandanalyzethereliability.First,we describetheestablishmentandimplementationoforthogonal designinthisstudy.Then,weusethefiniteelementanalysis methodtosimulatethedeformationofopen-pittounderground voids.Also,weintroducetheprincipleandmethodofreliability analysisandperformreliabilityanalysisofthedeformationdata obtainedfromsimulations.Finally,theresultsofthedeformation predictionandthereliabilityanalysisarediscussed.Theresults showthattheorthogonaldesigncaneffectivelyreducethe numberofsamplesandimprovetheefficiencyofdatacollection whileensuringtherepresentativenessofthesamples.The deformationofopen-pittoundergroundvoidscouldbepredicted usingthefiniteelementmethod.Thereliabilityanalysiscouldhelp toevaluatethereliabilityofthedeformationpredictionandavoid theoccurrenceofdeformationaccidents.
