Keywords:new-generationmigrantworkers,urban adaptation,FujianProvince 一、引言 新生代农民工是指1980-2000年间出生的农村劳动力，在农村长 大，但在青年时期移居到城市，成为了城市中的一份子。据统计，我国 新生代农民工已达到2.8亿，约占全国常住人口的20%以上。他们为城 市的建设和经济发展做出了突出的贡献。然而，随着城市化进程的不断 加快，新生代农民工在城市留下来的愿望也越来越大，但是，在城市中
