Methodology Theresearchparticipantswerepre-serviceEnglishteachers fromauniversityinChinawhowerestudyingtheEnglishlanguage anditsteachingmethodology.Theresearchuseda mixed-methodsapproach,includingsurveys,classroom observations,andinterviews. Forthesurvey,aquestionnairewasdesignedtocollectdata ontheparticipants’attitudestowardsfragmentteachingand theirunderstandingofsubjectknowledge.Thequestionnairewas administeredbeforeandafterthefragmentteachingsessions.
