Oneofoursignificantachievementsintheyear2024was thesuccessfulnegotiationofthenewnationalminimumwage, whichwasalong-standingissuethathasbeenaddressedwith thecollaborationofvariousstakeholders.Throughour engagementwithpolicymakers,employers,andthepublic,we wereabletoinfluenceandadvocatefortheimplementationof alivingwagethatcorrespondswiththeincreasingcostof livingandensuresworkers'dignity.
