论工程竣工结算中存在的问题及对策 王芳 摘要：工程竣工结算是一项涉及面广、专业性强、业务复杂的综合性工作，直 接关系到建设单位投资效益和施工企业经济效益。在我国工程结算过程各个环 节出现的问题，不但阻碍了工程建设的进程，而且还有可能影响到施工企业的 健康发展。本文在分析我国工程竣工结算现存问题的基础上，按照笔者的经 验，提出了一些相应的对策和建议。 Abstract：Projectcompletionsettlementisacomprehensiveworkinvolvingawide rangeofareas，strongprofessionalismandcomplexbusiness，whichisdirectly relatedtotheinvestmentefficiencyofconstructionunitsandtheeconomicbenefitsof constructionenterprises.Theproblemsthatariseinallaspectsoftheproject settlementprocessinChinanotonlyhindertheprogressoftheprojectconstruction， butalsomayaffectthehealthydevelopmentoftheconstructionenterprises.Basedon theanalysisoftheexistingproblemsofengineeringcompletionsettlementinChina， thispaperputsforwardsomecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions accordingtotheauthor'sexperience.
