初中英语教育实习总结：我与学生的成长 Dearsupervisor, Iamwritingthisinternshipsummarytosharemy experienceandreflectionsonmyinternshipatamiddle schoolforEnglisheducation.Overthecourseofmy internshipfromJanuarytoJune2023,Iwasassignedtoteach threeclassesofgrade8students,witheachclasshaving around50students. Inthebeginning,Iwasquitenervousabouttheteaching taskinfacetosuchalargegroupofstudents.However,I soonfounditrewardingtointeractwithstudentsandhelp themimprovetheirEnglishproficiency.Ipreparedmy teachingmaterialscarefullyandtriedtocatertotheir interestsandneeds.Inreturn,thestudentswerereceptive andenthusiasticaboutlearningEnglish. Inmyinitialclasseswiththestudents,Idiscovered thatsomeofthemwerenotmotivatedtolearnEnglish.I realizedthat,ononehand,thestudentsstruggledwiththe linguisticchallengesofEnglish.Theyfoundthegrammar rulesandvocabularytoocomplexandoverwhelming.Onthe otherhand,somestudentsfeltdiscouragedbytheirlackof progressdespiteyearsoflearningEnglish.
