Dear principal and respected colleagues, Iam honored to submit my personal performance report as asenior English teacher for the past year. It is with great enthusiasm that Ishare with you the progress and achievements made in my teaching journey. Firstly, Ihave focused on cultivating apositive classroom environment that encourages students to participate in active learning. Ihave utilized avariety of teaching methods, such as games, group activities, and discussions, to demonstrate how to use English in real-life situations. In addition, Ihave customized my teaching approach to cater to different learning styles, allowing every student to achieve their full potential. Secondly, Ihave continued to improve my professional knowledge through regular participation in workshops, seminars, and postgraduate courses. Ihave also been actively researching the latest trends and techniques in teaching English to better understand the challenges faced by students and learn to overcome them. Thirdly, Ihave actively taken part in the development of the school's English curriculum, providing valuable insight and feedback to ensure that the curriculum aligns with student needs and expectations. Ihave also contributed to the development of assessments that accurately measure students' progress and identify areas where further attention is required. Lastly, over the past year, Ihave achieved impressive results in terms of academic achievement. The average grade for my class has increased significantly, with students showing abetter understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. More importantly, these students have exhibited in-depth skills in reading comprehension, writing, and speaking.
