以人为本视阈下高校图书馆管理的创新研究 摘要：高校图书馆肩负着服务学生、培育人才的历史重任， 特别是在全面到来的知识经济时代，图书馆作为传承文化、引领学术 潮流的重要阵地，必须要始终秉持以人为本的管理理念，为高校师生 的综合全面发展提供有力的支持。但是，目前我国高校图书馆在管理 的过程中严重缺少以人为本的实践精神，在实际工作中还存在着一定 的问题，因此，必须要从观念的转变、提高管理人员的素质以及促进 图书馆资源共享等多方面，实现高校图书馆管理的创新发展。 关键词：以人为本;高校图书馆;管理;创新 Abstract:TheUniversityLibraryshouldersstudentservices,nur turingthehistoricalresponsibilityoftalent,especiallyintheknow ledgeeconomyerafullarrivalofthelibraryasaculturalheritage,lea dingthetrendoftheimportantacademicpositions,mustalwaysupholdt hepeople-orientedmanagementconceptforthecollegeprovidestrongs upportforacomprehensivedevelopmentofteachersandstudents.Howev er,atpresentintheprocessofmanagementoftheUniversityLibraryina seriouslackofpeople-orientedspiritofpractice,inpracticetherea restillsomeproblems,therefore,wemuststartwiththeconceptofchan ge,improvethequalityofmanagementandthepromotionoflibraryresou rcesharingandotheraspects,innovationanddevelopmentofUniversit yLibraryManagement.
