- 基于偏离份额模型的区域经济增长中产业结构效应 —— 分析以陕西为例 摘要： 本文运用偏离-份额模型，以陕西省为例，分析了产业结构对区域经 济增长的影响。首先，通过对陕西省2002-2017年间三次产业结构的变 化进行分析，发现第一产业占比逐渐下降，第二产业占比逐渐上升，而 第三产业在2002-2011年呈现上升趋势，2011年之后开始下降；其 次，运用偏离-份额模型得到相关的结论，发现第二产业的增势是促进区 域经济增长的主要因素，而第一产业和第三产业分别对区域经济增长产 生了负面影响。因此，本文提出了以下三点建议：1.加强对第一产业的支 持和扶持，促进其转型升级；2.继续保持对第二产业的重点支持，提高其 产业竞争力，提升经济增长动能；3.在发展第三产业的过程中，确保其可 持续性，并注重乡村发展，促进城乡协调发展。 关键词：偏离-份额模型；区域经济增长；产业结构；陕西省 Abstract： Thispaperusesthedeviation-sharemodelandtakesShaanxi Provinceasanexampletoanalyzetheimpactofindustrial structureonregionaleconomicgrowth.Firstly,throughthe analysisofthechangesinthethreeindustrialstructuresof ShaanxiProvincefrom2002to2017,itwasfoundthatthe proportionofthefirstindustrygraduallydecreased,the proportionofthesecondindustrygraduallyincreased,andthe thirdindustryshowedanupwardtrendfrom2002to2011.After 2011,itbegantodecline.Secondly,usingthedeviation-share modeltoobtainrelevantconclusions,itwasfoundthatthe growthofthesecondindustryisthemainfactorpromoting regionaleconomicgrowth,whilethefirstindustryandthethird industryhaveanegativeimpactonregionaleconomicgrowth.
