生物强化活性炭滤床处理造纸过程水的参数优化研究 Abstract: Inthepapermakingprocess,wastewaterisgeneratedat differentstages,causingseriousenvironmentalpollution.Theuse ofbio-enhancedactivatedcarbonfilterscaneffectivelytreatand purifythepapermakingprocesswastewater.Thisstudyaimsto optimizetheparametersofthebio-enhancedactivatedcarbon filterbedforthetreatmentofpapermakingprocesswastewater. Introduction: Thepapermakingprocessisacomplexprocessthatgenerates wastewatercontaminatedwithvariousorganicandinorganic pollutants,includingsuspendedsolids,biochemicaloxygen demand(BOD),chemicaloxygendemand(COD),totalorganic carbon(TOC),andcolor.Thesepollutantsposeathreattoaquatic lifeandhumanhealthifnottreatedeffectively.Theconventional methodsfortreatingpapermakingprocesswastewater,suchas coagulation-flocculation,sedimentation,andbiologicaltreatment, havesomelimitationsanddrawbacks. Toovercometheselimitations,bio-enhancedactivated carbonfilterbedshavebeendeveloped,whichcombinethe advantagesofbiologicaltreatmentandactivatedcarbon adsorption.Thebio-enhancedactivatedcarbonfilterbedcanbe usedforthetreatmentofvarioustypesofwastewater,including thepapermakingprocesswastewater. Parametersoptimizationofbio-enhancedactivatedcarbon filterbed: Thebio-enhancedactivatedcarbonfilterbedconsistsofa layerofactivatedcarbonandalayerofbiofilm.Theactivated carbonlayeradsorbsthepollutants,whilethebiofilmlayer degradestheorganicpollutantsthroughthemicrobialactivity. Theefficiencyofthetreatmentprocessdependsonthe parametersofthebio-enhancedactivatedcarbonfilterbed. Tooptimizetheparametersofthebio-enhancedactivated carbonfilterbed,thefollowingparameterswerestudied:(i) hydraulicretentiontime(HRT),(ii)activatedcarbondosage,and (iii)initialpollutantconcentration.
