Inthebeginning,Janewasanorphan,whoseparentshaddiedawaywhenshewasalittlegirl.Asa result,shewassenttoheraunt’shome,whereshespentaperiodofunpleasanttime.Facedwithher brother’sinsultandhersisters’despise,shechosetobeindifferentandkeptstrivingforlife.After arrivingatLogwoodOrphanage,shewascuriousaboutallthethingsandworkedhardonallthe subjects,andfinallyshegotajobasagovernessintheThornfieldbyherexcellentrecords.Even thoughshewaspoor,shewasneverfrightenedbythedifficulties;Eventhoughlifewastoughonher, sheshowedunconquerablespiritfightagainstitandwentforwhatshewanted. What’smore,duringherstayintheThornfield,shegotonverywellwithlovelyAdeleandthe garden’sowner-Rochester.Allthepeopleinthegardenlovedhersomuch;includingMr.Rochester, impressedbyhernobletemperament.Duringtheparty,whenMissIngrammetJaneEyre,sheseemed quitecontemptuous,forthatshewasobviouslymuchprettierthan‘theplainanduglygoverness’.Butas thelittlegovernesshadsaid:‘Doyouthink,becauseIampoor,obscure,plain,andlittle,Iamsoulless andheartless?Youthinkwrong!’InJane’seyes,thereweredifferencesbetweenappearance,social statusandproperty,butallthesoulsshouldbeofsameequality.Despitethatshehadnotoutstanding appearance,shehadtherighttolove,shehadtherighttoseekforherownhappiness.Atthatmoment,I wasmovedbyhercourageandtheideaofequality,andIfeltthepowerinsideherbodystrongly. Finally,Mr.RochesterandJanefellinlovewitheachotherdeeplyandprepared tomarry,butunfortunatelywhentheygetmarried,JaneEyreknowRochesterhasawife,shefelt shehadtoleave,althoughshesaid,"IwantGodtocomplywiththelawissuedbytheworldrecognized,I wouldliketosticktolivingasoberandsometimesIwasnotassocrazynowwhenacceptedprinciples.” Butspeakingfromtheheart,deeperloveJanerealizedthatshewascheated,herself-esteemhasbeen teasedbecauseofherloveforRochester.Asaresult,shemadeuphermindtoleavewithouthesitation. Tomycomforts,JanereturnedtotheThornfieldatlastandchosetostaywithherbeloved,andshe said:‘NeverinmylifehaveIbeenawakensohappily.’Thiswasahappyendingtothewholestory.For Jane,lifemaybealwayschanging,butshewouldneverbetrayherprinciples.Shehadagood understandingofself-respecting,andshedidn’texpectedtodelookeddownonbyothers,andthatisthe characteradmiredbynumerousreaders.AsfarasIamconcerned,Ilearnalotfromthedare-to-dospirit ofJane,andyoushouldknowwellaboutwhatyouwantandsparenoeffortstoseekforit,including
