不同采收季节瓶尔小草黄酮类化合物含 量分析 L..MethodsThissample.ResultsThe要】 目的确定瓶尔小草的 最佳采收季节。方法对夏（8月）、秋（10月）、冬（12月）三季节 采收的瓶尔小草中的总黄酮进行了提取，以芦丁为对照品，用紫外分 光光度法对其含量进行了测定。结果不同季节采收的瓶尔小草中黄酮 类化合物的含量有着显著的差异，夏季（8月）其含量为58.42(mg/g DW)，秋季（10月）为39.32(mg/g DW)，冬季（12月）为 28.14(mg/g DW)。结论瓶尔小草的最佳采收季节应为每年8月。 【关键词】 瓶尔小草； 黄酮类化合物； 紫外分光光度法 Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the best harvest season of Ophioglossum vulgatum L..MethodsThis paper reported the extraction and the preliminary determination of flavonoids in Ophioglossum vulgatum L. from the samples of August, October, December by UV-spectrophotometry with rutin as comparison sample.ResultsThe contents of flavonoids had significant difference in Ophioglossum vulgatum L. at different seassons. The highest flavonoid content in Ophioglossum vulgatum L. of August was 58.42(mg/g DW) and the contents of the sample in June was 39.32(mg/g DW),and the content of the samples in December was 28.14(mg/g
