HSn701 聚天冬氨酸和钨酸钠复配水处理剂对的缓 蚀阻垢性能研究 Abstract Inthispaper,thesynergisticeffectofasparticacidand sodiumtungstatecomplexingagentincorrosionandscale inhibitionforHSn701alloywasinvestigated.Theresultsshowed thatthemixedinhibitorcaneffectivelyinhibitthecorrosionand scaleformationofHSn701alloy.Theoptimumformulationofthe mixedinhibitorwasdeterminedas10mg/Lasparticacidand10 mg/Lsodiumtungstate.Themixedinhibitorcanformaprotective filmonthesurfaceofthealloytopreventthecorrosionofHSn701 alloyinchloridesolution.Themechanismofinhibitionwasmainly duetotheformationofthechelatingcomplexbetweenthemixed inhibitorandmetalions.Theanalysisoftheexperimentalresults showedthatthemixedinhibitorforHSn701alloyhadgood corrosioninhibitionandscalepreventionproperties. Introduction HSn701alloyisakindofhigh-strengthcorrosion-resistant alloy,whichiswidelyusedinmarineequipment,chemical equipment,nuclearpowerequipment,andotherfields.However, intheactualproductionprocess,duetothehighcorrosionrate andseriousscalingofHSn701alloyinwatersystems,itwillaffect thenormaloperationoftheequipmentandevenaffecttheservice lifeoftheequipment.Therefore,exploringaneffectiveand low-costcorrosioninhibitorandscaleinhibitorforHSn701alloy hasimportantpracticalsignificance.
