Especially with the recent rapid development of rural tourism, the participation of the rural residents becomes not only the vital part of tourism exploiting and management ,but the effective way to ensure the host position of the rural residents and benefit of farmers. However, because of the level of economy education and tourism exploiting ,there are many kinds of shortcomings in rural community participation. With the case study on community participation ways in Louweng.Hongjiang, this paper analyse the condition,the features and the reasons of it. What’ more, it puts forward the effective participation ways ,which will not only promote villagers real participation in tourism expoiting and operation ,but have them benefit from tourism.
