Through the analysis of the material, design, processing, use and maintenance of the oil tube, it is found that the fracture failure of the oil tube is mainly caused by external force, unqualified material quality and processing technology, and improper use and maintenance. This paper uses fracture mechanics, material mechanics, thermodynamics and other knowledge to explore and analyze the above problems in depth, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures and suggestions, in order to provide some reference for the use and maintenance of N80Q flat oil tube.
