Dropletspreadingisinfluencedbymultiplefactors,including surfaceroughness,surfacetension,viscosity,andcontactangle.In manypracticalscenarios,solidwallshaveheterogeneouswetting properties,whichcansignificantlyaffectthespreadingprocess. Therefore,understandingtheimpactandspreadingbehaviorof dropletsonthesewetting-heterogeneousinclinedsolidwallsisof greatimportance. 2.LatticeBoltzmannMethod ThelatticeBoltzmannmethod(LBM)isamesoscopic numericalapproachthatcansimulatefluidflowswithhigh accuracyandefficiency.Itisbasedonthelatticegasautomata theoryandsolvesflowequationsonadiscretelattice.LBMhas beensuccessfullyappliedtosimulateawiderangeoffluid phenomena,includingdropletspreading.Inthisstudy,weemploy theLBMtoinvestigatethespreadingbehaviorofdropletson inclinedsolidwallswithheterogeneouswetting.
