小儿清热利肺口服液中总绿原酸的含量测定方法研究【文 库论文】 小儿清热利肺口服液中总绿原酸的含量测定方法 研究 ==================================================================== == 作者:魏大华，冯敬文，王四元，龙晓英，陈金爱 【摘要】 目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热利肺口服液中总绿原酸 的含量。方法 采用DiamonsiLTM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，乙腈 体积分数0.4%H3PO4水溶液(体积比10?90)为流动相，流速为1 mL?min-1， 检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30 ?。结果 绿原酸在质量浓度为16.28,81.4 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6，n=5)，样品平均回收率为100.31%，RSD 为1.45%。结论 本法简便、快速、准确，适用于小儿清热利肺口服液的质量控 制。 【关键词】 小儿清热利肺口服液;高效液相色谱法;绿原酸;含量测定 determination of total chlorogenic acids in Xiaoer Qingre Lifei ioral solution.
