KeywordsPediatricchronictonsillitisAdenoidhypertrophysurgery ：；； Clinicalnursing 小儿慢性扁桃体炎和腺样体肥大是临床医学中比较常见的一种耳鼻咽喉科疾 病，为儿童分泌性中耳炎、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气和鼻窦炎综合征的主要病 因。临床症状多表现为反复咽喉部疼痛、耳闷胀感、睡眠时出现张口呼吸伴打 [1], 鼾、发热、听力下降、鼻塞、脓性或者流粘液性鼻涕等严重者可并发阻塞性睡 眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征，对患儿牛长发育造成影响。
