胃食管反流病的治疗进展 【摘要】胃食管反流病(gaslroesophagealreflux disease,GERD)指胃食管反流引起的烧心、反流等症状和/或食管炎， 包括反流性食管炎(RE)和非糜烂性反流病(NERD)，后者又名内镜下阴 性反流病。GERD治疗的目的是愈合RE,快速缓解症状、减少复发、 提高生活质量。虽然目前对GERD的自然病程知之甚少，但是治疗方 法不断改进和深入研究。本文对近年若干GERD的治疗新进展综述。 【关键词】胃食管反流病；治疗 【Abstract】Gastroesophagealrefluxdisease(gaslroesop hagealrefluxdisease,GERD)referstogastroesophageal refluxcausedbyburningheart,refluxsymptomsand/or esophagitis,includingrefluxesophagitis(RE)and non-erosiveAnti-refluxdisease(NERD),thelatteralso knownasnegativeendoscopicrefluxdisease.GERD treatmentisaimedathealingRE,quicklyrelievesymptoms andreducerecurrence,improvethequalityoflife.
