基于模糊综合评价模型的城市土地集约利用潜力评价 —— 以河南省平顶山为例 基于模糊综合评价模型的城市土地集约利用潜力评价——以河南省 平顶山为例 摘要：随着城市化的发展，土地资源的合理利用已成为城市可持续 发展的核心问题。本文以河南省平顶山市为例，构建了基于模糊综合评 价模型的城市土地集约利用潜力评价体系，并以该体系为依据，对平顶 山市的土地集约利用潜力进行了评价。研究结果表明，平顶山市土地集 约利用潜力较大，但在具体实施中仍存在一定的问题和挑战。因此，提 出了相应的对策和建议，旨在为平顶山市及其他类似地区的土地集约利 用提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：城市土地；集约利用；模糊综合评价；平顶山市 Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofurbanization,therational useoflandresourceshasbecomeacoreissueforurban sustainabledevelopment.TakingPingdingshanCity,Henan Provinceasanexample,thispaperhasconstructeda comprehensiveevaluationmodelbasedonfuzzycomprehensive evaluationforevaluatingthepotentialofurbanlandintensiveuse.
