() 泡沫铝真空钎焊工艺研究英文 ResearchonVacuumBrazingTechnologyofFoamed Aluminum Abstract: Vacuumbrazingisacommonlyusedweldingtechnologyin theaerospace,automotive,andelectronicsindustries.Foamed aluminumisanewtypeoflightmaterialwithexcellentproperties, whichhasgreatpotentialapplicationsinvariousfields.Inthis study,thevacuumbrazingprocessoffoamedaluminumwas investigated,andtheeffectsofbrazingtemperature,holdingtime, andsurfacetreatmentonthebrazingqualitywereanalyzed.The resultsshowedthatasuitabletemperatureandholdingtimewere criticaltoachieveasoundjoint.Surfacetreatmentsuchas degreasingandacidwashingcouldimprovethewettabilityofthe brazingfillermetalonthefoamedaluminumsurface.The microstructuresandmechanicalpropertiesofthebrazedjoints werecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopyandtensile tests.Thefindingsofthisstudycouldprovideguidanceforthe developmentandapplicationoffoamedaluminumproducts.
