留学生实习报告：如何与国际同事合作 Introduction The year 2023 is just around the corner, and with the increasing globalization of business, the importance of effective communication and collaboration with international colleagues has never been greater. As aforeign intern, entering the global workforce can be daunting, especially if you are not familiar with the cultural norms and expectations of your counterparts. However, by taking the time to understand and engage with your colleagues from different cultures, you can build relationships and create a successful, collaborative environment. In this report, Iwill highlight some key strategies that Ihave found helpful for working with international colleagues during my own internship.
