毛杨梅树皮化学成分分析及其抗氧化研究 摘要 近年来,生物活性成分的研究已成为医药领域的热点,其中植物皮 屑是一种有着广泛应用前景的天然资源。本研究选取毛杨梅树皮为研究 对象,对其化学成分进行分析,发现其中含有多种抗氧化成分,如酚 DPPHABTS 类、黄酮类、维生素等。通过自由基、自由基、还原力等多 种实验方法对其抗氧化性能进行了评估,结果显示毛杨梅树皮中的化合 物具有明显的抗氧化活性。因此,建议将毛杨梅树皮作为潜在的抗氧化 剂和食品添加剂使用,具有重要应用价值。 关键词:毛杨梅树皮;化学成分;抗氧化性能;抗氧化剂;食品添 加剂 Abstract In recent years, the research on bioactive components has become ahot topic in the field of medicine, and the plant bark is anatural resource with wide application prospects. In this study, we selected the bark of the hairy yam plum tree as the research object, analyzed its chemical composition, and found that it contains various antioxidant components, such as phenols, flavonoids, and vitamins. The antioxidant properties of the compounds in the bark were evaluated by avariety of experimental methods, including DPPH free radicals, ABTS free radicals, and reducing power. The results showed that the compounds in the bark have significant antioxidant activity. Therefore, it is suggested that the bark of the hairy yam plum tree can be used as apotential antioxidant and food additive, and has important application value.
