The influence of chemical co mpo sitio nand physical st ruct ure on the diff use re2 flectivit yand mechanical properties was also st udied. The pumping cavit ywit hdiff use reflectivit ymo re than 99 %and bending st rengt hmo re than 200 MPa was obtained by using fine pow ders. Key words :Alumin ceramic ;L aser pumping cavit y; Diff use reflectivit y 摘要 :对适用于固体激光器聚光腔的氧化铝陶瓷的漫反射性能进行分析比较 ,探讨了其化学组成 、显微结构对漫反射 性能和力学性能的影响 。采用超细氧化铝粉料 ,制造出漫反射率大于 99 %, 弯曲强度大于 200 MPa 的漫反射陶瓷聚光腔 。
