Therefore, the diagnosis of turbo generator vibration and rubbing fault has always been the focus of maintenance and repair of turbo generators. In this paper, through the research of wavelet packet and Hibert-Huang transform, we explore their application in the diagnosis of turbo generator vibration and rubbing faults. Firstly, the definition, causes and hazards of turbo generator vibration and rubbing faults are introduced; secondly, the basic theory and principle of wavelet packet and Hibert-Huang transform are introduced in detail, and their advantages in signal analysis and fault diagnosis of turbo generator vibration and rubbing faults are analyzed; finally, adiagnostic method of turbo generator vibration and rubbing faults based on wavelet packet and Hibert-Huang transform is proposed, and experimental results and analysis are given.
