分享英语教学心得，促进教师交流 Sharing English Teaching Experience Promotes Teacher Communication Teaching English is always an issue for every teacher. As ateacher with several years of experience in teaching English to non-native speakers, Ihave learned alot and would like to share my experience with other teachers to promote communication between teachers. Firstly, learning English requires acomprehensive approach. The four basic skills, which are speaking, listening, reading, and writing, should be considered in every lesson. Speaking and listening are critical to students who are non-native English speakers, and it is recommended that they are the focus of most lessons. Students need to speak and listen to English as much as possible so that they can become confident in communicating with others in English. For students who prefer writing and reading, it is important to encourage their interest in writing and help them improve their writing skills. In general, it is helpful to plan varied activities so that students can learn and develop all four skills. Secondly, English teachers should meet the individual needs of each student.
