SAP项目管理岗位职责 SAP项目管理 To set-up, maintain and support of warehouse IT systems to meet the business requirements. -Trouble-shooting of IT problems remotely (hardware and software). -Provide training to warehouse staff on system usage and new system features. -Stock taking and new IT function support. -SRD System first level support. -Standardization of requirements throughout the business user network. Major Responsibilities: -Ensure IT system availability and functionality: -To ensure 100% availability and functionality of IT hardware in office and warehouse. -Planning of IT requirements and replacement of IT hardware, if necessary. -IT system requirement gathering: -Gather new requirements from all business users. -Ensure system standardization within the RDC network. -Consolidation of change requests. -Communication of changes and implementation.
