基于厂拌热再生技术的再生沥青混合料性能分析的中 期报告 摘要: 本文利用厂拌热再生技术制备了再生沥青混合料,并对其性能进行 了中期评价。首先,通过实验室试验得出了再生沥青混合料的基本性能 参数,如抗剪强度、压缩强度、弹性模量、损耗角等。针对不同再生沥 青比例的混合料,分析了其在不同温度下的力学性质,结果表明,在高 温下,随着再生沥青比例的增加,弹性模量逐渐增大,损耗角逐渐减 小;在低温下,随着再生沥青比例的增加,混合料的脆性逐渐加大。其 次,通过路面试验和现场观察,对再生沥青混合料的耐久性和稳定性进 行了分析。结果表明,再生沥青混合料的耐久性和稳定性与未经再生的 矿料混合料相当,但可降低环境污染和原材料浪费。 关键词:再生沥青混合料;厂拌热再生技术;性能评价;耐久性; 稳定性 Abstract: In this article, the performance of recycled asphalt mixture was evaluated through mid-term evaluation using plant mixing hot recycling technology. Firstly, the basic performance parameters of recycled asphalt mixture were obtained through laboratory tests, such as shear strength, compression strength, elastic modulus, loss angle, etc. For different proportions of recycled asphalt mixture, the mechanical properties were analyzed under different temperatures, results showed that under high temperature, with the increase of recycled asphalt proportion, the elastic modulus increased gradually and the loss angle decreased gradually; under low temperature, the brittleness of the mixture increased gradually with the increase of recycled asphalt proportion. Secondly, the durability and stability of recycled asphalt mixture were analyzed through pavement tests and field observations. The results showed that the durability and stability of recycled asphalt mixture was comparable to that of the mineral mixture without recycling, however, it could reduce environmental pollution and waste of raw materials.
