煤矿硬岩巷道综合掘进技术研究的中期报告 摘要: 近年来,煤矿重大安全事故频发,严重影响了煤炭生产和矿山安 全。硬岩巷道是煤矿生产中的重要组成部分,为了提高巷道掘进效率和 安全性,本文进行了煤矿硬岩巷道综合掘进技术研究。文章对目前巷道 掘进技术的发展进行了综述,分析了现有技术的优缺点。针对目前存在 的问题,提出了利用自动化技术和新型装备进行巷道掘进的综合技术方 案,并对技术实现的关键技术进行了详细探讨。通过实验室模拟和现场 试验,验证了综合掘进技术的可行性和优越性。该技术方案能够提高巷 道掘进效率、降低掘进成本、优化人员配备和减少安全隐患,具有很高 的应用价值和推广意义。 关键词: 煤矿硬岩巷道;综合掘进技术;自动化技术;新型装备;实验室模 拟;现场试验;安全性 Abstract : In recent years, major safety accidents have occurred frequently in coal mines, which have seriously affected coal production and mine safety. Hard rock roadway is an important part of coal mine production. In order to improve the efficiency and safety of roadway excavation, this paper conducts research on comprehensive excavation technology of hard rock roadway in coal mines. This article reviews the development of current roadway excavation technology and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing technology. In view of the problems existing at present, acomprehensive technical scheme for roadway excavation using automation technology and new equipment is proposed, and the key technologies for technical implementation are discussed in detail. Through laboratory simulation and field test, the feasibility and superiority of comprehensive excavation technology are verified. This technology scheme can improve the efficiency of roadway excavation, reduce excavation cost, optimize personnel allocation and reduce safety hazards, and has high application value and popularization significance.
