负温下现浇混凝土养护温度和强度的实测 杨俊杰 1, 朱少卿 2 (1 浙江工业大学建工学院 ,杭州 310000; 2同济大学热能工程系 ,上海 200433 摘要 从多个采用人工冻结工法施工的混凝土 结构工 程的实 际检测 结果 ,分 析了 在负温 环境条 件下 ,现 浇混 凝土由于自身水化热的影响 ,使得混凝土的养护 小环 境处于正温条件下 ,同时 ,混凝土 强度的增 长规律也有 所不同 ,混凝土的强 度还是可以在后期达到设计要求的。 提出 低温条 件下混 凝土施 工的限 制条件不 能单一 地用一 个环境温度作为指标 ,而要同时考虑混凝土自身的 水化热作用。 关键词 混凝土 ;负温 ;冻结工法 ;养护温度 中图分类号 TU755 7文献标识码 B文章编号 1001 6864(2003 06-0007-03 THE FIELD TEST ON TEMPERATURE AND STRENGTH OF CAST -IN -SITE CONCRTETE UNDER NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE ENV IRON MENT YANG Jun jie 1, ZH UShao qing 2 (1 School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University of Industry Technology, Hangzhou 310000, China; 2Dept. of Thermal Engineering, Tongji University Shanghai 200433, China Abstract :In this paper, some of field test results about the hydration heat, concrete strength and tem perature field of cast in site concrete under negative temperature curing environment with the artificial freezing method are presented. The results show that the concrete strength has gro wn within alimited rang of positive temperature environment caused by hydration heat. Though the la wof the growth of concrete strength is differ ent from that under standard curing temperature, the de mands of design can be met later. E mphasis is laid up on the curing environment temperature. Meanwhile, attention must be paid to the imfluence of hydration heat.
