当前中国企业的海外资金管理探索 摘要： 中国 国企和民企在国际化及向海外市场扩张的同时， 也开始着眼于全球性或区域性的资金管理。大部分中国 企业 进行资 金管理的目的在于提高总部对海外业务的监控，集中资金和规避汇率 风险。他们希望通过国际性银行提供的资金管理方案获取全球账户信 息、操作当地账户、在当地进行收付款、集中控制流动资金及资金回 流。 关键词：中国企业；海外资金；资金管理 Abstract: Chinese state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the international market and to overseas expansion, have begun to focus on the global or regional fund management.
