微生物沉积碳酸钙封堵混凝土裂缝的试验研究 Abstract: Theexperimentonmicrobialinducedcalciumcarbonate precipitationforsealingconcretecrackswascarriedout.Thestudy aimedtoexplorethefeasibilityandeffectivenessofusing microorganismstoaddressconcretecrackingproblems.The experimentaldesigninvolvedtheuseoffivegroupsofbacterial agents,differentconcentrationratiosofcalciumlactateandurea, andvariouscrackwidths.Resultsshowedthattheapplicationof microbialinducedcalciumcarbonateprecipitation(MICP) effectivelysealedthecracks,andthemosteffectivebacterial agentswereBacillussubtilisandSporosarcinapasteurii.Moreover, thehighertheconcentrationofcalciumlactateandurea,the betterthesealingeffect.Thisresearchprovidesasustainable, cost-effectiveandenvironmentallyfriendlysolutioninthe constructionindustry. Inrecentyears,therehasbeengrowinginterestintheuseof microorganismsforrepairingconcretecracks.Microbialinduced calciumcarbonateprecipitation(MICP)isabiomineralization processwheremicroorganismsareusedtodepositcalcium carbonateinthecracks.Theprocessinvolvesusingbacterial agentstoenhancetheprecipitationofcalciumcarbonate,which fillsupthecracks.
