特种电机用绕线机控制系统 摘要:本文以PLC为基础、采用永磁交流伺服系统和文本显示器,设计了 特种电机用绕线机控制系统。针对特种电机的线圈绕制精密度高的特点,提出了绕 制参数的任意调节方法,以及匝数设置规则,文件保存方式。采用交流伺服系统不 仅实现了绕线实时调速与精准定位,而且提高了绕线的准确性和生产效率。控制系 统具有高速、高精度、高稳定,和较好的实用性,并且成本较低。该系统具有操作 方便,满足特殊塔式线圈的工艺性。 关键词:特种电机用绕线机;控制系统;PLC;伺服系统 Design of Special Winding Machine Control System (Xi’an University of Science and Technology,Xi’an,710054, China) Abstract:This article is based on PLC and using permanent magnet AC servo system with text display, designed aspecial motor winding machine control system. For coil winding features of special motor in high precision, raised arbitrary adjustment method of winding parameter, setting rules of turns, and mode of saving the file. Experimental results show that the system not only to achieve aspeed regulation of winding in real time and positioning precisely improves, also, the accuracy and efficiency of production of winding, meanwhile control system with high speed, high precision, high stability, and better usability, low cost and easy to operate, meet specific Tower coil technology.
