压力载荷下非粘结柔性立管应变影响因素分析 (英文) AnalysisofStrainInfluencingFactorsofNon-Bonded FlexiblePipesunderPressureLoad Flexiblepipeshavegainedpopularityinoffshoreoil andgasexplorationduetotheirnumerousadvantages suchaseasierinstallation,higherresistancetofatigue andcorrosion,andreducedprojectcost.Thesepipesare madeofaflexiblematerialthatisreinforcedwithlayers ofsteelorsyntheticmaterials.However,non-bonded flexiblepipeshavebeenobservedtoexhibitmore significantstrainunderpressureloadsthanbonded pipes,makingthemlessdesirableinsomecritical offshoreapplications. Thispaperaimedtoinvestigatethefactorsthat contributetothestrainofnon-bondedflexiblepipes underpressureloads.Thestudywascarriedoutusing numericalsimulation,finiteelementanalysisand experimentaldataderivedfromexistingliterature. Thedeformationbehaviorofnon-bondedflexible pipeswasmodeledusingthefiniteelementmethod.The studyconsideredfactorssuchaspipegeometry,material properties,pressure,andbendingmoment.Theselection ofthesefactorswasbasedontheirsignificantimpacton thedeformationbehaviorofnon-bondedflexiblepipes. Themodelingassumedthatthepipesweresubjectedto aninternalfluidpressureintherangeof75to100bar. Theresultsofthenumericalsimulationshowedthat thestrainofnon-bondedflexiblepipesincreaseswith increasingpressureandbendingmoment.Theincreasein strainwasobservedtobemoresignificantathigher pressurelevels.Itwasalsoobservedthatthepipe's
