—— 农村居民点用地变化及影响因素分析以湖南省衡 阳县为例 摘要 随着农村经济的发展和城乡一体化的推进，农村居民点用地的变化 也日益引起关注。本文以湖南省衡阳县为研究对象，对农村居民点用地 变化及其影响因素进行了深入探究。通过对衡阳县农村居民点用地变化 的实地调研和数据分析，发现农村居民点用地总体呈现增加趋势，但增 长速度放缓；同时，城镇化和土地利用方式的改变是促进农村居民点用 地变化的主要因素。最后，本文提出了在农村居民点用地变化过程中应 重视保护土地资源、掌握城镇化进程、加强政策引导等方面应采取的措 施。 关键词：农村居民点用地；变化；影响因素；衡阳县 Abstract Withthedevelopmentofruraleconomyandthepromotion ofurban-ruralintegration,thechangesofruralresidentialland usehavebeenattractingmoreandmoreattention.Thispaper takesHengyangCountyinHunanProvinceastheresearchobject, andconductsanin-depthstudyonthechangesofrural residentiallanduseandtheirinfluencingfactors.Throughfield investigationanddataanalysisofthechangesinruralresidential landuseinHengyangCounty,itisfoundthattheoveralltrendis increasingbutthegrowthrateisslowingdown.Atthesametime, urbanizationandchangesinlandusepatternsarethemain factorsthatpromotethechangesinruralresidentiallanduse. Finally,thispaperputsforwardmeasurestobetakeninthe processofruralresidentiallandusechange,suchaspaying attentiontotheprotectionoflandresources,graspingtheprocess ofurbanization,andstrengtheningpolicyguidance.
