Taking the Shan Cheng Lan Valley characteristic town in Nanjing County, Fujian Province as an example, this paper explores the planning and design of the integration of rural tourism and industries. Firstly, this paper introduces the current status and planning and design background of Shan Cheng Lan Valley characteristic town in Nanjing County. Secondly, from the aspects of tourism, industry, and planning, this paper analyzes the advantages and difficulties of the integration of rural tourism and industries. Finally, based on Shan Cheng Lan Valley characteristic town in Nanjing County, this paper puts forward planning and design suggestions for the integration of rural tourism and industries.
