() 基于表面应力的生物传感器敏感元件研制英文 ResearchonDevelopmentofBiosensorsBasedonSurface StressSensingElements Abstract Thesensitivedetectionandmeasurementsofbiological signalshavebeengreatlyadvancedwiththedevelopmentof biosensors.Recently,biosensorsbasedonsurfacestresssensing elementshavereceivedgreatattentionduetotheirhigh sensitivityandspecificity.Inthispaper,wereviewthe developmentofsurfacestresssensingtechnologyandits applicationinbiosensors.Wediscusstheprincipleofsurface stressmeasurementandthefabricationofsurfacestresssensing elements.Moreover,wedescribetheoptimizationofbiosensor designandtheintegrationofbiosensorswithmicrofluidic systems.Finally,wehighlightthefutureperspectivesand challengesofbiosensorsbasedonsurfacestresssensing technology. Introduction Biosensorsareanalyticaldevicesthatcandetectandmeasure biologicalsignals,suchasDNA,proteins,enzymes,andcells,with highsensitivityandselectivity.Theyhavemanyapplicationsin medicaldiagnosis,pharmaceuticals,foodsafety,environmental monitoring,andbiotechnology.Conventionalbiosensorsare basedonelectrochemical,optical,andpiezoelectrictransduction principles,whichhavesomelimitations,suchaspoorstability,low sensitivity,andinterferencefrombackgroundnoise. Surfacestresssensingtechnology,whichisbasedonthe measurementofsurfacestresschangesinducedbytheadsorption orreactionofmoleculesonthesurfaceofathinfilm,hasemerged asapromisingalternativeforbiosensors.Whenamolecule adsorbsonthesurfaceofathinfilm,itcausesamechanical deformationduetothesurfacestresschange.Thisdeformation canbemeasuredbyopticalorelectricalmeans,allowingthe detectionoftheadsorptionorreactionofmoleculesinreal-time withhighsensitivityandselectivity.
