USC塔式炉受热面布置及镜面焊技术的应用 摘要：本文详细介绍了USC塔式炉受热面管道的特殊布置及镜面 焊焊口的焊接概况、全氩弧焊焊缝的结构、机具准备并通过对镜面焊 的整个焊接过程的描述，详细阐述了焊缝对口尺寸控制、内加丝焊接 方法、焊缝中间层填充和盖面的技术工艺，针对焊接过程中碰到的问 题进行了研究、分析并提出了改进、解决的方法。 Abstract: This article gives adetailed account of particular piping layout of USC tower type boiler heating surface and the welding summary of mirror surface welding crater; the weld structure of fulll argon arc welding and implement preparations.Based on the presentation of the whole welding process of mirror surface welding, it illustrates in detail the control on butt weld size, the fill wire inside welding method, as well as weld interlayer filling and screen technique, meanwhile it makes astudy and analysis for the problems arising from the welding process , additionally the improvement program and solution are put forward. 关键词：受热面布置 镜面焊接、机具要求、应用技术。
