STM32 基于的输送带保护控制器设计 Abstract Withtheincreasingdemandforautomaticproductionlines,conveyorbelts havebecomeoneofthemostcommonly-usedtransportationequipmentin factories.However,conveyorbeltsaresubjecttovarioustypesofdamagedue towearandtearovertime,whichcancausemajorsafetyrisksandproduction losses.Inthispaper,weproposeadesignofaconveyorbeltprotection controller,whichisbasedontheSinglechipMicrocomputer(STM32).The controlleriscapableofmonitoringtheconveyorbeltinreal-timeandcan automaticallydetectvarioustypesoffaultsintheconveyorbelt,suchas slipping,tearing,anddeviation.Thecontrollercanalsoautomaticallyadjust thespeedoftheconveyorbelttopreventfurtherdamage. Therearevarioustypesofconveyorbeltprotectioncontrollersavailableinthe market,butmostofthemarelimitedintheircapabilities,andcannotprovide real-timemonitoringorautomaticfaultdetection.Inthispaper,weproposea conveyorbeltprotectioncontroller,whichisbasedontheSTM32 microcontroller.Thecontrollercannotonlyprovidereal-timemonitoringof theconveyorbeltbutalsodetectvarioustypesoffaultsandadjustthespeed oftheconveyorbelttopreventfurtherdamage.
