徐长卿水煎剂抗炎及镇痛作用的研究 ==================================================================== == 【摘要】 目的探讨徐长卿水煎剂对小鼠抗炎及镇痛的作用。方法采用棉球植 入致小鼠慢性炎症的方法，测定小鼠肉芽肿的重量;用热板法测定小鼠的镇痛 阈值，用扭体法测定小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期和扭体次数。结果徐长卿水煎剂可 使小鼠肉芽肿重量明显减轻;2 h痛阈值明显延长，扭体反应潜伏期延长、扭 体次数明显较少。结论徐长卿水煎剂具有一定的抗炎和镇痛作用。 【关键词】 徐长卿 抗炎 镇痛 小鼠 Effect of the Extract of Cynachum paniculatum on Anti-inflammation and Analgesic in Mice Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect of the extract of Cynachum paniculatum in mice.MethodsTo measure the weights of granuloma, Analgesic threshold, latent period of torsion body reaction.ResultsExtract of Cynachum paniculatum could relieve weights of granuloma, prolong analgesic threshold and latent period of torsion body reaction.ConclusionThe extract of Cynachum paniculatum has the effects of anti-inflammation and analgesic.
