Keywords Large-scale enterprise, Communicable disease, Risk ____ysis, Outbreak 随着用工成本提高，劳动密集型大型企业在向__转移的同时，由于各种原因，企业逐步 将员工管理推向社会。企业职工传染病预防控制在国内目前仍有许多新课题需要深入研究与 [1] 探索。面对骤然增加的大量企业员工，如何在有限的资源下，努力保一方平安，这对当地 疾控机构必然是一种新的挑战。本研究结合我市特点，希望通过分析危险因素，探讨控制对 策，为经济、有效地预防该类型企业传染病暴发或降低暴发流行强度提供科学依据。 1、资料来源 历史传染病数据来自国家传染病直报网，员工数据来自企业人事部门相关统计资料。 2、调查方法 现场调查企业生产生活状况，按照1%人群抽样进行健康知识和健康行为调查，共发放 700份问卷，回收有效问卷523份。 3、结果 3.1基本情况 该企业是成都市引进的一家电子产品生产__大型企业。 3.1.1人员特点 3.1.1.1 数量大。截止调查结束，该企业已招聘员工约7万人。预计到2012年底将招 聘员工25万。 3.1.1.2 流动性较强。该企业该常年招聘员工，新招聘员工平均1000人/天，最高达 3000人/天，离职员工＞500人/天。
