我 就 知 道 自 己 以 后 所 做 的 每 一 件 事 都 要 负 有 一 定 的 责 任 ， 就 必 须 把 每 一 件 事 都 做 好 。 作 为 一 名 刚 刚 走 上 岗 位 新 的 技 术 人 员 ， 我 深 知 自 己 的 知 识 水 平 还 不 高 ， 实 践 经 验 还 很 欠 缺 ， 处 理 问 题 的 能 力 还 很 有 限 ， 还 有 很 多 东 西 需 要 向 前 辈 们 学 习 请 教 ， 才 能 使 自 己 快 点 成 长 起 来 尽 快 地 胜 任 工 作 。 因 此 ， 工 作 后 ， 我 就 积 极 翻 阅 设 备 的 相 关 技 术 资 料 图 纸 ， 了 解 现 场 设 备 的 工 作 原 理 ， 学 习 常 见 故 障 的 解 决 办 法 。 并 且 深 入 设 备 现 场 ， 熟 悉 设 备 的 分 布 位 置 ， 结 构 名 称 ， 各 种 构 件 的 实 际 作 用 以 及 日 常 需 要 重 点 检 查 的 部 位 ， 掌 握 设 备 的 运 行 状 况 和 一 些 故 障 的 发 生 点 。 通 过 不 断 的 学 习 ， 基 本 能 够 解 决 一 些 问 题 。 在 平 时 的 工 作 中 ， 当 设 备 在 运 行 中 发 生 故 障 ， 我 都 会 和 同 事 们 及 时 出 现 在 现 场 ， 找 到 故 障 产 生 的 原 因 ， 解 决 故 障 ， 让 设 备 尽 快 恢 复 生 产 皮 带 机 沿 线 维 修 电 源 箱 的 更 换 工 作 ， 由 于 旧 的 维 修 电 源 箱 长 时 间 的 使 用 出 现 密 封 不 严 和 腐 朽 现 象 ， 已 经 不 能 满 足 日 常 维 修 用 电 安 全 要 求 ， 根 据 维 修 计 划 安 排 ， 我 及 时 组 织 维 修 人 员 完 成 了 新 维 修 电 源 箱 的 更 换 工 作 ， 保 证 了 设 备 维 修 时 的 安 全 用 电 需 求 。 积41226亩，农村人均耕地面积仅0.72亩。 近年来，在省委、省政府的正确领导下，我市紧紧围绕 调整农业产业结构，促进农村经济发展，建设社会主义新农 村这一主题，积极探索发展山区经济，增加农民收入的新路 子、新机制。针对我市“九分山，半分水，半分田”的实际 情况，因地制宜，充分发掘五指山自然优势，大力发展热带 特色农业，推动传统农业向现代农业升级。“十一五”末期 全市农林牧渔业总产值49759.88万元（按现行价计算，下同）， 较2006年增长61%，年均增长7.5%。其中：农业产值 23631.88万元，增长48.37%；林业产值14538.31万元，增 长73.34%；牧业产值10301.19万元，增长80.75%；渔业产 值1156万元，增长42.36%;农林牧渔服务业产值132万元， 提 下 ， 利 用 作 业 间 隙 ， 抓 紧 时 间 更 换 ， 先 后 完 成 线 ， 线 ， 线 的 拉 绳 开 关 的 更 换 和 部 分 跑 偏 开 关 的 更 换 三 堆 料 机 行 走 就 地 操 作 箱 的 移 位 改 动 工 作 ， 原 先 的 行 走 就 地 操 作 箱 使 用 起 来 不 方 便 ， 和 维 修 班 师 傅 对 操 作 箱 位 置 进 行 了 改 动 ， 解 决 了 以 前 就 地 操 作 的 不 便 ， 方 便 了 大 机 司 机 人 员 操 作 。 四 堆 料 机 行 走 限 位 开 关 的 改 型 改 造 ， 由 于 扩 能 皮 带 机 的 影 响 ， 、 堆 料 机 的 行 走 限 位 开 关 已 不 能 满 足 大 机 安 全 生 产 的 要 求 ， 容 易 造 成 大 的 生 产 事 故 ， 及 时 改 造 限 位 开 关 ， 可 以 有 效 的 防 止 危 险 事 故 的 发 生 五 参 与 皮 带 机 皮 带 防 撕 裂 开 关 的 改 造 项 目 ， 配 合 防 撕 裂 开 关 的 安 装 ， 及 时 完 成 新 加 开 关 的 接 线 布 线 和 试 验 工 作 ， 使 防 撕 裂 开 关 投 入 使 用 ， 起 到 保 护 皮 带 的 作 用 。 六 除 尘 系 统 的 维 修 保 养 工 作 ， 干 式 除 尘 器 刚 刚 从 其 他 部 门 接 过 来 之 后 ， 针 对 存 在 着 的 遗 留 问 题 ， 及 时 组 织 维 修 人 员 对 除 尘 设 备 进 行 检 查 保 养 ， 解 决 存 在 的 问 题 ， 使 除 尘 设 备 能 够 投 入 运 行 ， 满 足 了 环 保 要 求 。 七 变 电 所 电 器 柜 的 检 修 清 扫 工 作 。 根 据 公 司 停 电 安 排 ， 组 织 电 工 人 员 ， 对 高 低 压 电 气 柜 做 全 面 检 修 清 扫 ， 保 证 安 全 供 电 。
