内镜下食管套扎术治疗肝硬化致上消化 道出血的观察和护理 treatment.Methodscarefully.Resultseffects.Thetimely.Conclus ion上消化道出血护理对策。方法对60例肝硬化致上消化道出血患 者实施套扎治疗61次（其中1次为再次套扎），应用护理程序，对 患者实施术前、术中、术后护理。结果60例患者中套扎成功54例， 套扎成功率为90%，术后并发症的发生均得到及时处理。结论完善 的护理是保证EVL术成功的重要环节，是减少术后并发症的关键。 【关键词】食管曲张静脉套扎术；出血；护理 ［Abstract］ObjectiveToexplorethenursingschemefor patientswithhemorrhageofupperdigestivetractinliver cirrhosiswhounderwentendoscopicvaricealligation treatment.MethodsSixtypatientsweretreatedwith sixty-onetimesEVL（oneofthemwastreatedtwice），who werenursedandevaluatedcarefully.ResultsFifty-fourof thesixtypatientsgotgoodtreatmenteffects.Thecurerate was96.67%，thecomplicationsdisappearedwhenthepatients weretreatedtimely.ConclusionActiveandeffectivenursing isimportanttoincreasethecurerateofEVLandisthe keytodecreasecomplications.
