研究课题：农村少先队的现状与发展研究 课题研究教师：陈 缝（少先队辅导员） 管新梅（少先队辅导员） 学校：新县郭家河乡中心学校 农村少先队的现状与发展研究 摘要：少先队辅导员肩负着培养祖国新一代、开展各项具体工作、落实各种活动、 努力培养新一代的少年儿童的历史使命。可是在农村，少先队工作在开展过程中 遇到了一系列的问题，农村少先队工作现状不容乐观。结合现状问题，我们研究 农村少先队的发展趋势。 Abstract: the young pioneers counselors shoulder training anew generation of the motherland, to carry out the specific work, the implementation of various activities, and strive to cultivate anew generation of children's historical mission. But in the countryside, the Young Pioneers work encountered aseries of problems in the development process, the status quo of Rural Young Pioneers work is not optimistic. Combined with the status quo analysis some measures, the development tendency and the study of rural young pioneers. 关键词： 农村少先队 现状 辅导员 趋势 Keywords: Rural Young Pioneers counselors trend status 作为农村小学的少先队辅导员，我们清楚自己肩负着培养祖国新一代、开展 各项具体工作、落实各种活动、努力培养新一代的少年儿童的历史使命。我们也 深知少先队工作是学校德育工作的主阵地，是推进青少年素质全面发展的重要渠 道。我们从事农村少先队员辅导员工作已有几个年头，面对这一光荣而艰巨的任 务，我们不断的反思着自己在这一少先队工作的成长经历，认真思考农村少先队 工作应该有怎样的特色。但就目前农村小学少先队工作而言，存在一些薄弱之处， 需要继续改进和完善。
